Time Schedule
  • Week I — Collect all information
    • Sample BOM – The format should be final
    • Production process steps
    The following are optional. You can add them manually later
    • List of store items with codes and present stock(Optional) in an excel sheet
    • List of Vendors / Sub contractors in an Excel Sheet
    • List of Products prices
    • List of taxes applicable both on purchases and sales
    • List of customers
  • Week II — Set up the initial system for you
  • Week III — Training your staff
    • Training - Identified users should be available for a day without any other work
    • Trial Run - Sample processing for 5 Orders
    • Identified user should spend about 25% of the time for this
  • Week IV — Acceptance Tests
    • Prepare acceptance test plan
    • Continue trial run
    • Make Changes if required
  • Week V to end of 3rd month — Production run
    • Start production run
    • Make necessary change if required
    • Regular Monthly Billing starts
  • Month IV — Transfer
    • Transfer the system as standalone / private cloud depending on the delivery models
